About Me

I feel privileged to meet all different people and witness them heal and improve their lives. My training as a psychotherapist includes a Bachelors in Psychology from Brandeis University and a Masters in Social Work from New York University. I also completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Internal Family Systems Therapy.

I have 23 experience as a psychotherapist specializing in psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are children, adolescents and young adults, and relationship issues. I also specialize in "Failure to Launch" phenomenon in young adults of this generation. I utilize IFS therapy to help clients with many issues, and it especially does wonders for trauma.

My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with people to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
