About Me
I feel privileged to connect with people and witness them heal themselves and improve their lives. My training as a psychotherapist includes a Bachelors in Psychology from Brandeis University and a Masters in Social Work from New York University. I also completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Internal Family Systems Therapy.
I have 28 experience as a psychotherapist with training in psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and couples. I have special expertise in trauma and young adult "failure to launch". I utilize IFS therapy to help clients with challenging issues, including childhood trauma.
My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I work to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with people to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
